Questions  -  Please ask any questions BEFORE you bid! Any product we sell is a used product or a closeout unless so stated in the auction description. We do not accept responsibility for the operation, warrantee, or guarantee from the manufacture of an item. We do not support their claims although we may insert them into our sales info.

Although we try to give accurate descriptions of our items, it is possible at times to omit or overlook points that may seem unimportant to us but very important to YOU. We urge bidders to ask questions first not after the auction is over! Generally, we let the pictures do the talking, if you don't see it in the picture, chances are it doesn't come with it. All items are sold as-is. The item you see is the item supplied unless stated otherwise.  If an item is new we will specifically say NEW in the auction description.  If not assume the item is a store return, open box item or is used.

Damaged Items - We will gladly help with a damage claim with the courier on any item that arrives damaged. However, you MUST notify us with 2 days of receiving the item, and you MUST keep all packaging in tact. We will file a claim with the courier for either the declared value or the repair cost. We absolutely DO NOT issue a refund of any kind until the courier has settled and paid the claim, no exceptions!

DOA -  All DOA items must be identified within 5 Business days.  We will not take responsibility for any DOA reported after that time period.

Important note on our

Used Clothing.   Any used clothing we sell may need to be cleaned due to our means of storage.

Personal Items.  Items like perfumes, lotions, powders, colognes, personal and hygiene products cannot be returned for obvious reasons.  They are sold as-is.

Any Designer items we sell are checked to the best of our ability for authenticity.  We do not knowingly sell items that are not authentic but we depend on the pictures to help validate the items to the buyer.  We are not experts so buyer beware these items are sold As-Is.

.Please Pay When Served -  We expect you to complete this auction and pay for your bid. It costs us money each time someone bids, as well as each time we place a listing on Ebay.   WE EXPECT PAYMENT IN SEVEN DAYS.    We will take action for every bidder to complete their transaction. If you do not pay for your auction bid we will post negative feedback. We will also contact Ebay and ask them to take action. We are not trying to be difficult but we do need to protect ourselves against deadbeats. Thank God for the honest bidders.

Shipping      We do not barter on shipping

We are glad to take care of the shipping.  In most cases we will cost out all shipping for the item and list it in on the auction page.  Although we try to be accurate with our shipping our listed cost are just estimates. .  Sometimes cost can change after an item is packed for shipping.  After you purchase the item you may receive shipping information with tracking numbers if they apply.  This information usually comes the day after an item ships.

Ultimately the buyer is responsible for shipping.  If you the buyer do not like our shipping methods or costs the buyer can take responsibility for shipping.    If the shipping price does not meet the needs of the buyer they are free to find their own means of shipping. Please do not use the lack of shipping coordination as an excuse to not pay for your item.


Local Pick Up  -  Yes if it is convenient to you you can pick up your item.  There will be no extra charge.  All we need you to do is send us an email to request an appointment so we have your item available and ready.  Don't forget to include your phone number so we can stay in contact with you incase of changes in schedule.


FEEDBACK  -  We value our customers opinion and their satisfaction.  We only give feedback after the transaction is completed, the customer is happy and the customer has given their feedback.  This gives us the opportunity to make sure that the customer is completely taken care of.  If the customer does not want to give feedback then we follow suit.

Item Availability  -  Some Items are listed locally so we reserve the right to pull an item from Ebay at any time.  Although very rare this includes when an item is assumed sold.


Bottom Line  -  We work hard to keep our feedback positive.  This means that we work hard to satisfy YOU the customer.  If there is a problem we WILL work it out if it is reasonable and sometimes if it is not.  We work hard for you OUR CUSTOMER
